In relation to all online and hardcopy materials prepared by Allori Pty Ltd (ABN 86 118 542 895) of Canterbury VIC 3126 (“the Company”) for health care professionals. Readers of these materials must comply with the following terms:

3.3 No person is permitted to edit or alter these materials nor are they, in any way, permitted to contravene the Moral Rights of any author of these materials.

4. WARRANTIES

4.1 The Company does not make any and excludes all warranties, terms, conditions or undertakings, whether express or implied, written or oral, statutory or otherwise including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose in respect of this materials. 4.2 To the extent that any term and warranty may be not be excluded by legislation then the liability of the Company in respect of such term or warranty, will be limited, to the fullest extent permitted by such legislation at the Company’s option to do one or more of the following:

  • (a) the replacement of the materials or the supply of an equivalent materials;
  • (b) the correction of the materials; or
  • (c) the payment of the cost of having the materials corrected.

4.3 To the full extent permitted by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and any State or Territory of Australia or of any non-Australian federal, provincial, state or other jurisdiction having jurisdiction, the Company will not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages arising from or in relation to the use of this materials.

4.4 The Company has not made and does not by publishing this materials make any representations or warranty, express or implied, that the materials does not infringe any third party’s Intellectual Property Rights; and

4.5 The user of these materials must make its own inquiries to determine that its use will not infringe any third party’s Intellectual Property Rights.
